25 pupils of 6e and 5e of the college Soualiga of Cul de Sac On Thursday morning, the director of Education Médhi BOUCARD and the representatives of the Youth and Sports Services of the Community, Priscilla BADE, Jean-Marc GERVAIS and Wendy GUMBS, Under the aegis of President Aline HANSON - 25 students of 6e and 5e of the college Soualiga de Cul de Sac, in order to present to them the functioning of the institutions of the Republic in Saint Martin.

On the ground floor in the emblematic Salle des Délibérations, where the Saint-Martin Territorial Council meets regularly, the pupils have been able to nurture their civic consciousness and become familiar with the various political bodies of the COM, Territorial elected representatives, the administrative functioning and the actions carried out by the various clusters. Under the impetus of the colleges' CEOs, Ingrid MOTTET and Virginie MARTIN, who lead the training of class delegates initiated at Soualiga College, the 25 class delegates had the opportunity to leave the precinct of the college To live from within the functioning of our institutions.
At the end of the fruitful exchange with the Director of Education and the staff of the Youth and Sports services, the students were given a small booklet printed by the Collectivity summarizing the main lines of its operation and a notebook. They then visited the Executive Council room and the key areas of the Community Hotel, before meeting in the Gardens for a snack offered by CTOS.

The President of the Collective Aline HANSON, although restrained by other commitments, wishes to emphasize the importance she attaches to these days of discovering institutions and congratulates the students on the content of the debates and their intellectual curiosity.
