What is ADIL?
The Departmental Housing Information Agency (ADIL) is an association of the 1901 law. It is a housing information center approved by the Ministry of Housing.

Why?
ADIL offers comprehensive, neutral and free information on all legal, financial and tax issues related to housing.

In the legal field, ADIL reports on:
- The rights and obligations of tenants and owners (unpaid, eviction, security deposit, etc.)
- Urban planning (regulation and procedure to follow ...)
- Regulation on the quality of the habitat (decency, insalubrity, termites ...)
- Co-ownership (rules of majority, works, union council ...).

In the field of taxation, the Board shall in particular:
- taxation: local taxes, tax advantages, tax exemption.

In the area of ​​financing homeownership, ADIL provides comprehensive information on:
- Loans, housing assistance.

In the area of ​​habitat improvement funding, ADIL provides information on:
- Loans, grants and subsidies.

Definition
This assistance consists of emergency accommodation in a hotel or temporary accommodation.
Condition for obtaining aid
This subsidiary aid consists of the accommodation of one or more nights in temporary accommodation on the proposal of the social team which assesses the situation.

beneficiaries
This assistance is intended for vulnerable persons or victims of domestic violence, families with children and couples with or without children.
The person must be deprived of his resources, without solution of housing and without alternative solution at the moment of the request. It must be an acute and occasional situation

Definition
This aid responds to a strong need for the reinstatement, security and sanitation of the housing of people in precarious situations.

Condition for obtaining aid
- The age of the accommodation: 15 years
- The conditions of occupation: the aid is intended for the owner-occupiers or beneficiaries (undivided, usufructuary)
- Resource conditions: meet the ceiling requirements.
