His mission :

The owners of dangerous dogs of category 1 (pitbulls, american staffordshire terrier type, mastiff type, tosa type) and category 2 (race american staffordshire terrier, race or type rottweiler, breed tosa) must:

Identifying the animal, by tattooing or microchip, from an early age;
Vaccinate it annually against rabies;
To declare the property to his insurance;
Always walking on a leash and with a muzzle;
Sterilize it (male and female), if it is a 1 category dog;
And have a valid detention permit, issued by the community of St Martin.

The parts to be supplied are as follows:

The copy of the owner's identity document,
The dog's up-to-date vaccination record,
Identification of the dog
Mandatory rabies vaccination certificate,
Compulsory Liability Insurance

Reminders:
Detention prohibited to minors, convicted persons or whose custody of a dog has been withdrawn
The use of leashes and muzzles on the public highway and common areas of rental buildings is mandatory
First-class dogs are strictly prohibited in public places, premises open to the public, public transport. Their sterilization is mandatory.

Graveyard


Cemetery Maintenance:

The Community is in charge of the maintenance of the cemeteries but not the graves.
Individuals are required to regularly clean the graves and evacuate their rubbish in the bins at the entrance to the cemeteries
