FEBECS call for projects (support for travel undertaken in 2026)

This call for projects is a relaunch and is aimed exclusively at young people under 30 years of age residing in the French overseas collectivities of Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin.

FEBECS provides financial support for transportation costs related to educational, cultural, or sporting exchanges (travel to events or cultural trips, language immersion programs, competitions, or sporting events). It primarily supports projects led by non-profit organizations or schools.

This program aims to reduce travel costs. It supports travel for school or extracurricular activities for young people residing in the French Overseas Departments and Territories. It is intended to finance the purchase of plane, bus, train, and boat tickets, and potentially vehicle rentals. Accommodation expenses are not covered.

The application concerns one or more trips taken or planned during 2026. These may be trips within mainland France or within the Caribbean/Americas region. For sports associations, official Federation competitions and talent identification activities aimed at selection or integration into a certified training structure may be eligible for financial support.

Organizations that have already submitted an application during the first call for projects in 2026 are invited to resubmit their complete application.
