The deadline for submitting short film projects for candidates from Saint-Martin is exceptionally extended until February 12, 2026.
Since 2022, this competition has allowed talented individuals from France's overseas territories to join the CEEA's long-term, certified screenwriting program. Free and requiring no diploma, the ATOM 2026 competition is open to candidates aged 20 and over, residing in or originally from Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, and Saint-Martin.
The competition takes place in several stages from January 5 to May 27, 2026. At the end of the selection process, one winner per territory will join the CEEA 2026–2028 cohort.
