Public consultation on adapting EU standards: Future legislative simplification package for the outermost regions

As part of the legislative simplification package project for the outermost regions announced by the European Commission for the second half of 2026, the Collectivité is launching a public consultation aimed at gathering feedback from socio-economic, institutional, associative and other actors from different sectors of activity on the difficulties encountered in the application of European standards which are insufficiently adapted to local specificities.

This will make it possible to identify concrete and operational elements and to formulate requests that will inform the preparation of this set of legislative measures.
