Press Release: Extension of the 2025 Income Tax Filing Campaign

The deadline for filing 2025 income tax returns is extended to June 21, 2026.

Details regarding mandatory third-party payment

 

The Collectivité and the Public Finance Centre of Saint-Martin inform you of the extension of the 2025 income tax return campaign to Sunday, June 21, 2026.

 

If you are a tax resident of Saint-Martin or if you have received income from an activity in Saint-Martin, the declaration form is usually distributed to you by post.

You can still download your forms and technical notices from the Saint-Martin tax website : https://www.impots-saint-martin.fr

Once your declaration form has been duly completed, dated and signed, you are invited to submit it to the Saint-Martin Public Finance Centre (CFP).

To file your tax return, you have two options:

Send your paper declaration by mail.

Drop your return in the mailbox located at the entrance of the Public Finance Centre at Concordia.

• Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Public Finance Centre in Concordia – 16 JJ Fayel Street.

• Sandy Ground Road: Tuesdays, June 5 and 12, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

 

Third-party payment: Payment of provisional installments is mandatory in Saint-Martin. It allows taxpayers to spread out their income tax payments. Notices for the second installment have been mailed and must be paid before the end of May 2026.
