Distribution of tax and non-tax notices in progress!
The Saint-Martin Public Finance Center informs residents that 2024 tax or non-tax notices, relating to income declared before June 20, 2025, are currently being distributed.
The Saint-Martin Public Finance Center establishes lists of taxpayers liable for income tax or not (rolls). The rolls constitute the enforceable titles for the collection of taxes from taxable persons.
The income tax or non-tax notice is an essential document for completing certain procedures with public or private organizations (Family Allowance Fund, Prefecture, Bank, Social Security, etc.). It allows you to justify the amount of income declared. This document also mentions the number of parts of the family quotient, the amount of tax calculated, the payment deadline or the amount that will be reimbursed to the user.
The Saint-Martin Public Finance Center informs residents that duplicates will be issued from September 15, 2025. There is therefore no need to request them before this date.
Taxpayers should also note that the payment deadline is October 6, 2025. After this deadline, the duties payable will be subject to a 10% increase.
Users who declared their income before June 20, 2025 and who have not received their document by September 15, 2025, should contact the public finance center:
· by email specifying in the subject line: “ Request for duplicate IR notice ” to the following address:
cfip.sxm-pole.fiscal@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr
Latecomers will receive an additional role later.
In the event of an overpayment, a bank details form must be sent to obtain reimbursement:
· by email specifying in the subject line: “EXCESS PAYMENT” to the following address:
cfip.sxm-pole.recouvrement@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr
The Public Finance Center invites taxpayers to pay their taxes:
· By transfer preferably, mentioning the role reference in the wording
· By check payable to the Public Treasury
· By bank card at the counter.
The Collectivité de Saint-Martin and the Centre des Finances Publiques invite taxpayers to pay the amounts due as part of their annual income declaration.
