Private housing survey

As part of the implementation of the 2025-2030 Local Housing Program (PLH), the Collectivité of Saint-Martin has commissioned a pre-operational study on private housing. The objective of this study is to gain a better understanding of housing conditions in the territory and to identify residents' needs in order to better address them.

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin informs the public that, as part of this initiative, field surveys and individual interviews will be conducted directly with residents. Teams commissioned by the Collectivité will meet with residents from July 8th to July 13th, 2026.

This study will allow us to collect testimonies, understand the difficulties encountered in housing and identify the needs in terms of work, renovation and improvement of housing.

At the end of the study, the Collectivité will have a more precise knowledge of the situation of the private park and will be able to initiate support mechanisms and public aid adapted to the realities of the territory and the needs of the people of Saint-Martin.
