European Heritage Days

The Collectivité is organizing visits on September 20 and 21, 2025

 Every year, the Saint-Martin Collectivité participates in the European Heritage Days. Several tours of local architectural and cultural heritage are organized by the Department of Cultural Affairs on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Organised each year at European level, Heritage Days are a way of raising public awareness of the richness of the architectural heritage of the European continent but also of transmitting the history of the territories to as many people as possible.

European Heritage Days take place in 50 countries in Europe and around the world, an opportunity to celebrate culture in all its forms.

The Collectivité de Saint-Martin and its Directorate of Cultural Affairs organize guided tours of the historical sites of Saint-Martin, in collaboration with the cultural associations Les Fruits de mer, Société d'Histoire de St. Martin, Island Friend, Guavaberry Tradition, Swaliwomen Kultural and ACS ZEPIN.

The public is invited to participate in these tours, rich in information and anecdotes, to discover places steeped in history.
