Parking closures

As part of the organization of the monthly practical tests for driving license exams, it is brought to the attention motorists and residents:

· from the Sandy-Ground/Morne Rond sector :

The Albéric RICHARDS stadium car park will be closed between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 , for the motorcycle field events.

As such, training operations will be carried out from Tuesday, October 21, 2025 , in order to prepare and train candidates for the exams.

The Territorial Police services will ensure that they raise awareness, monitor and alert motorists and residents of these provisions, in order to avoid obstructive parking;

On Wednesday, October 22, 2025 , any vehicle parked illegally will be moved at the owner's expense and expense by the services and agents of the Territorial Police.

· from the Galisbay car park sector:

The Galisbay car park is a driving licence examination centre during the week of Monday 20 October to Friday 24 October 2025.

As such, from October 20 to October 24, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., driving tests are planned for the B license (driving a small vehicle).

On Thursday, October 23, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., driving tests are planned for the heavy category of the driving license (licenses C, D and E);

The Territorial Police services will ensure that they raise awareness, monitor and alert motorists and residents of these provisions, in order to avoid obstructive parking;

Any violation will be fined and the vehicles removed at the owner's expense, in accordance with current regulations and the pound rates (Deliberation No. CE77-21-2014 of July 8, 2014).
