Office hours of the Directorate of Autonomy

Reception services, both in person and by telephone, are available for
elderly people or people with disabilities

 

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin informs users of the implementation, since March 16, 2026, of extended hours for welcoming the public at the Directorate of Autonomy.

The Department of Autonomy's mission is to facilitate access to rights for people experiencing a loss of autonomy due to age or disability. It serves as a single point of contact where older people, people with disabilities, and their caregivers can access information on relevant programs and submit applications for autonomy support benefits.

The Department for Autonomy welcomes people at its offices in Concordia as well as at the Maisons France Services (France Services Centers). Its office hours are as follows:

Concordia

Solidarity, Health and Families Delegation – 22 rue Léopold Mingau

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: from 8:30 am to 11:30 am

Orléans district

Maison France services - Résidence les Hirondelles

- Wednesday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Sandy-Ground

Maison France Services – 90 Rue de Sandy-Ground

- Wednesday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The telephone helpline is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm , tel.: 0590 29 13 10 .

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin invites people with disabilities and the elderly to take advantage of these sessions to find out about existing rights and schemes or to submit an application (personalized autonomy allowance, disability compensation benefit, inclusion mobility card, disability or priority card, social assistance for accommodation, etc.).
