Invitation - “Know your village” forum

Would you like to learn about the history of the Quartier d'Orléans and share a friendly moment with members of Neighbourhood Council No. 1 and residents of the neighbourhood?

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin and Neighbourhood Council No. 1, represented by Mrs. Delphine BARAY, are pleased to invite you to the "Know Your Village" Forum, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., at the Roche Gravée College in Moho.

Don't miss this "Know your village" Forum, organised by Neighbourhood Council No. 1 and the Collectivité of Saint-Martin, which is a unique opportunity to discover and share the history of the Quartier d'Orléans and to exchange with the residents of the neighbourhood.

Several speakers will take the floor to lead the Forum and talk about the village:

• Guillaume ARNELL: former senator of Saint-Martin
• Marcel GUMBS: former Prime Minister of Sint-Maarten
• Christophe HENOCQ: Archaeologist, in charge of scientific missions, Collectivité of Saint-Martin
• Daniel GUMBS: former headmaster
• Joselyne ARNELL: Educational Advisor - National Education
• Elie Bryan: a prominent figure in the village of Quartier d'Orléans
• Moderator: Jean ARNELL, Computech
