Addressing Project Meeting

An information meeting for users, Tuesday, October 21!

The Collectivité de Saint-Martin is organizing a public meeting in partnership with La Poste, on addressing, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., at the Collectivité hotel in Marigot.

The meeting is open to all and aims to inform citizens of current and future projects aimed at optimizing this public utility service.

The meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 21 at 5:00 p.m. is open to all and aims to inform users about the need to improve public addressing.

Led by Ms. Rosette Parotte, Head of the Population Census and Addressing Department within the Collectivité , and Ms. Arlette Gros-Desormeaux, Addressing Project Manager for the La Poste Group, this public meeting will be an opportunity to present the progress of the addressing project led by the Collectivité of Saint-Martin. It will also provide an opportunity to explain the approach of optimizing and modernizing public addressing in order to better meet the needs of the territory.

The reorganization of addressing is a public utility project and a necessity in our region. By modernizing the addressing policy, the collectivité 's objective is to optimize mail delivery to users, facilitate emergency response, refine the preparation of the electoral roll, and optimize the annual census and the installation of fiber optics throughout the region.
