Regularization of plots - Municipal subdivision -

Spring District of Orleans

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin invites the occupants of the plots of the Spring municipal subdivision in Quartier d'Orléans, to two public meetings on Monday, December 1st and Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, in the multipurpose room of the Roche Gravée de Moho College in Quartier D'orléans.

As part of the regularization of plots located in the Spring municipal subdivision of Quartier d'Orléans, all occupants are invited to participate in public meetings at the Quartier d'Orléans Roche Gravée de Moho college.

- Monday, December 1st, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

- Tuesday, December 3rd, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM

The individuals concerned are asked to provide the following administrative documents:

- Identity documents of the occupants,

- Extract of the occupants' birth certificates,

- Family record book of the occupants,

- Receipt of payment of the purchase price,

- And all other documents relating to the property.
