Introducing the BOOST system

This investment support scheme aims to promote the development of very small and medium-sized enterprises (VSMEs) located locally by enhancing their production capacity, technological advancements, and competitiveness. The Collectivité of Saint-Martin provides financial support in the form of direct investment aid, supplementing the company's own and bank financing, with the goal of improving productivity and creating jobs.

Who is eligible?

  • To be a company established in the territory of Saint-Martin
  • To be a company registered with the Trade Directory or the Companies Register
  • Making investments within the territory of the Collectivité of Saint-Martin
  • To be up-to-date with social and tax obligations

What expenses are eligible?

Depreciable capital expenditures, productivity and modernization expenses excluding real estate that increase the company's production capacity, including:

  • The tools and machines directly used for carrying out the company's business activities
  • Computer systems: software, licenses, patents
  • The investment program to be carried out by the company is a minimum of €3,000.

Case follow-up

  • You will receive confirmation of receipt of your request and a summary by email.
  • The processing department will request additional documents or information from you, if necessary, directly through the single point of contact.
  • Once the file is complete, it is presented to the Committee on Rural and Tourism Economic Affairs for its opinion.
  • Next, the case is presented to the Executive Council (the sole decision-making body).
  • You will be notified of the decision.
