School transportation registration form 2025-2026
The Saint-Martin Collectivité organizes school transportation for students in the area every year. Registration is mandatory and is a condition of access to school buses. Important: No bus service is provided for kindergarten students.

Registration implies full acceptance of the school transport regulations and general conditions of use.
Documents to provide
To validate the registration, the file must contain:
- The duly completed and signed registration form
- A recent passport photo (first and last name written on the back)
- A copy of the student's ID
- A copy of the school liability insurance certificate (year 2025-2026)
- A copy of the legal representative's identity document
- Proof of address less than 3 months old (water bill, telephone bill, etc.)

- Annual subscription : €70
- Card renewal fee in case of loss : €25
