AUTHORIZATION TO ORGANIZE THE CHRISTMAS PARADE NAMED "OUALICHI CHRISTMAS PARADE" ON PUBLIC ROADS ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2025

ARTICLE 1 : As part of the Christmas festivities, authorization is granted to organize the Christmas parade called "Oualichi Christmas Parade" on public roads on Saturday, December 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM. This event is organized by the Extracurricular and After-School Services of the Territorial School Fund, represented by Mr. BRYAN Kenroy, Director, according to the route below:

ARRIVAL: - Galisbay car park
Along the parade route, a traffic diversion will need to be put in place by the Territorial Police.
ARTICLE 2 : The organizers must take all necessary measures for the protection and safety of the participants:
- Implementation of a security and supervision service responsible for the safety and monitoring of participants throughout the entire route,
- Availability of rapid means of communication for calling emergency services,
- Adherence to the allotted time and route,
- Along the parade route, the local police are authorized to temporarily close certain roads if necessary to allow participants to pass safely. These roads will be reopened progressively under the close supervision of local police officers.
ARTICLE 3 : Those who violate these provisions will be prosecuted and fined in the event of an offense in accordance with the Highway Code.
ARTICLE 4 : Emergency vehicles (Territorial Police, Ambulance, SDIS, National Gendarmerie) will have free access if needed.
ARTICLE 5 : The Territorial Police are responsible for the execution of this ORDER. All these measures must be respected in order to guarantee the safety and optimal functioning of the event.
ARTICLE 6: This ORDER shall be transcribed in the register intended for this purpose, transmitted to the Prefect, the Territorial Police, the National Gendarmerie, the STIS, the Directorate of Networks and Equipment, the Directorate of Regulations and Transport, the Directorate of the Port Establishment of Saint-Martin, the Taxi Controllers, the organizers and brought to the public's attention.
