ARTICLE 1 : As part of the carnival festivities, authorization is granted to organize the opening parade of the festivities on public roads on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM by the Association "Festivités Carnavalesques de Saint-Martin" represented by Mrs. Luciana RASPAIL, President , in accordance with the route below:

START : -Agrément roundabout,

-Rue de la Hollande,

-Rue de la République,

-Boulevard de France

-Rue des Sauveteurs en Mer,

ARRIVAL: -Seafront (at the height of the "lolos" restaurants)

ARTICLE 2 : The Territorial Police is responsible for setting up a diversion of automobile traffic on the route used by the parade .

ARTICLE 3 : The organizers are requested to take all necessary measures for the protection and safety of the participants:

- Implementation of a security and supervision service responsible for the safety and monitoring of participants throughout the entire route,

- Availability of rapid means of communication for calling emergency services,

- Respect for the allotted time and route.

ARTICLE 4 : Those who violate these provisions will be prosecuted and fined in the event of an offense in accordance with the Highway Code.

ARTICLE 5 : Emergency vehicles (Territorial Police, Ambulance, SDIS, National Gendarmerie) will have free access if needed.

ARTICLE 6 : The Territorial Police are responsible for the execution of this ORDER. All these measures must be respected in order to guarantee the safety and optimal functioning of the event.

ARTICLE 1 : As part of the carnival festivities organized by the Association "Festivités Carnavalesques de Saint-Martin", AUTHORIZATION FOR TEMPORARY CLOSURE of the parking lot adjacent to the "Jean-Louis VANTERPOOL" stadium in Marigot is hereby granted:

- from Saturday, February 7th at midnight to Sunday, February 8th at midnight,

- Saturday, February 14th at Midnight to Monday, February 16th at 6:00 AM

During this period, the movement and parking of any vehicle will be prohibited.

ARTICLE 2 : The Networks and Equipment Directorate and the Territorial Police must therefore ensure that:

ARTICLE 1 : As part of the organization of the carnival festivities and the village which will be set up on the Galisbay public parking lot, the Galisbay public parking lot will be temporarily closed from Monday, February 9, 2026 at 8:00 AM to Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 8:00 AM.

During this period:

- No vehicle parking will be permitted on the site during the aforementioned period.

- The site will be entirely reserved for the organizing committee to allow for the installation of equipment on site (marquees, podium, tents in particular),

- No parking signs will need to be installed by the Networks and Equipment Department,

- Any vehicle in violation will be towed and impounded at the owner's expense.
