The Major Risk Prevention Department aims to minimize the consequences of natural or industrial disasters and to ensure the safety and preparation of the Collectivité in the face of major events.

<ul><li>Find out in advance the location of the shelter closest to your home.</li><li> Prepare an evacuation bag containing clothing, toiletries, medication, water, and snacks.</li><li> Bring your identity documents and any important documents (insurance, bank cards).</li></ul>

<ul><li>Listen to the instructions of the authorities and evacuate as soon as you receive the instruction.</li><li> Use the recommended routes and avoid flood zones.</li><li> Inform your loved ones of your destination and route.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Follow the instructions of the shelter staff.</li><li> Sign in upon arrival to have your presence recorded.</li><li> Respect the shelter rules and show consideration for other evacuees.</li></ul>
